Kindling Cardigan -Knitting Pattern
Kindling Cardigan -Knitting Pattern
The Kindling Cardigan is the perfect combination of fashion, comfort, and versatility making it a quintessential wardrobe must. Worked in Madeline Tosh Farm Twist, the yarn is held doubled adding another level of depth in the color, and helps it knit up quickly with a gratification gauge that keeps you saying, “just one more row”.
The body is knit flat in one piece up to the armhole shaping, and then separated with fronts and back worked separately. Sleeves are knit separately and sewn to the body.
Josh uses his favorite techniques and tricks for making professional looking garments in all the Adventurer pieces, and in the Kindling Cardigan the collar is cast on and worked in a vertical join to the body. This adds structure to the front and keeps the collar band laying flat.
